As we look ahead to our upcoming Hearts of Harvest event, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible impact this community has made over the years. Time and again, we are reminded that our most powerful tool is not a program or a resource—it is you, our supporters. Through your generosity, word of mouth, and commitment, we are able to walk alongside local families, meeting not only financial needs but also providing encouragement, care, and hope in seasons when they need it most.
In April, 2026 at the Brown hangar in Tracy, we will celebrate a very special milestone—25 years since Hearts of Harvest first began. What a testament to the faithfulness of this community and the countless lives touched along the way. As we approach this anniversary, our hearts are filled with gratitude for each of you who has helped make our mission possible for over two decades.
We are especially looking forward to being together at our event in April 2026—a time to celebrate, reflect on the years behind us, and dream about the future ahead.
For 25 years, with the support of our growing community, Hearts of Harvest has dedicated itself to building a world that provides families and children with congenital heart disease (CHD) with financial assistance.
Throughout our history, we have provided support for families and children with CHD by taking the edge off the financial and emotional burden while going through a medical crisis.
Working together with committed leaders, volunteers & loyal Donors has helped us carry out our motto for 20 years now—“The Giving of One Heart To Another.”
