Volunteers Matter
Hearts of Harvest Foundation is a 100% volunteer organization. This allows us the privilege of giving healthy gifts to our beneficiaries. Volunteers are solely motivated by their passion for HOHF’s cause.

Your support makes it Possible!
Here is a quote from one of our beneficiary families:

“Thanks to the HOHF gift, my family received financial assistance that enabled us to help pay our PG&E bill to prevent our power from being turned off. The expenses from our child’s lengthy hospital stay drained our savings.”

Heart Beats
One in 100 children is born with a heart defect in the U.S. which translates to between 35,000 and 40,000 births annually. Congenital heart defects are responsible for more deaths in the first year of life than any other birth defects. (The National Institutes of Health)

Hearts of Harvest Foundation (HOHF) is a non-profit organization who’s long range
Mission is:

To provide financial assistance and support to families and children of our community who are in a health crisis.

The operating principles of the organization include:

  • Offering financial assistance to families with children who have a heart condition.
  • Having a sound accountability & research plan for administering donations.
  • Forming partnerships with non-profit groups in our community.

It is the goal of HOHF to provide grants to organizations whose mission helps HOHF attain its short-term goals. In return HOHF requests recipients provide financial accountability for their grant monies received from HOHF once a year and that none of the funds received are used for administrative or fundraising purposes of the organization.
